The carved scenes are as follows (from left to right): Vicar of Wakefield Adieu to his Son, a Bad Bargain the Vicar of Wakefield, The Rogues Conference at the Inn and Recognition in Poverty. The bottom of the bench has a further four carved panels, each with different birds and floral patterns. The Bench is in a lovely original condition, and is structurally sound.
