Kinclaith 1966, bottled for Gordon & MacPhail in 1982 during which time this Lowland has matured for 16 years.The Kinclaith, founded in 1958, was the last Malt whisky still built in Glasgow, within the Strathclyde Grain distillery complex. The Kinclaith distillery was closed in 1975 to provide more space for Strathclyde. During the 18 years Kinclaith operated the distillery mainly produced for Long Johns blended Scotch.
