We installed a new clutch, pressure plate, and rear crankshaft seal. While the transmission was out we upgraded the clutch fork with the new style with needle bearings for smoother operation. Full major transmission service with fluid. New spark plugs, air filter, belts, brake pads & hydraulic fluid system. While out the engine and trans were fully detailed to virtual concours specs and new engine sound pad fitted. Plus new Bridgestone Potenzas all round. This was an excellent original low mileage car that suffered from the weak valve guide and stem seals they all have, we wanted to rectify that and while the motor was out we went to town doing pretty much everything we could.
