1966 Ford Mustang 289 CID V8 3 Speed Automatic
US$16,595.00
For sale in our Dallas showroom is a brilliant blue 1966 Ford Mustang. There were a lot of unbelievable things going on in 1966, and American auto manufactures were making monumental changes in the car industry. Just 18 months prior Ford had released a little car called the Mustang which in turn created a whole new segment, the Pony Car. These were cars that the emerging youth market was crying for. Sporty, good looking, and reasonably priced, the Mustang would sell a million models before 66, a record that still to this day. Fitted with a 289 cid V8 and an automatic transmission, and having been partially restored over its lifetime, this Mustang is now a good driver. The burgundy exterior paint was replaced with this eye catching Blue Haze Metallic, and original black interior has been changed to a light blue to compliment the exterior. The beauty of the classic body lines are hard to deny, hence why the Mustang sold in record numbers starting in 1964. There is an accompanying binder of receipts for work done over the years, as well as a history of some previous owners of the car. If you are looking for your own piece of affordable Ford history then this is your chance. The features include AC, AM/FM Radio, Hub Caps, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, and Radial Tires.
