US$317,353.00 Incredibly beautiful Maserati Ghibli 4.7 coupé. Delivered new by ABC motors of Tacoma, WA, USA in 1967\. This a rare first series Ghibli, chassis 128 built in November 1967\. The car has spent most of its life in California and is in 1999 sold to the Netherlands and in 2013 it was sold to Italy. This very early example is recognizable to its double front brake calipers, double thermostate, Drop Down tailgate, Smiths gauges, Marchal headlights, stainless steel trim on the dashboard and Borrani/Campagnolo wheels with central wheel lock. Performed in a 'one-off' colour combination 'Avorio Santa Anita' in combination with a beautiful 'Pelle Nera' interior. This colour was only available upon request. It seems to be that this is the only Ghibli ever made with this rare colour. This example is fully restored and technically overhauled in 2014-2015\. Also the gearbox, suspension etc. are renewed/overhauled. This was a full bare metal restoration that was carried out here in Europe. Of course is this process well documented with more than 400 photos. The car is back into its original condition and is really fantastic! The car drives great and handles perfect! The body is rock solid, extremely straight and has a fantastic paintjob. All the panelfittings are like they should be, perfect! The undercarriage is completely free of rust, rock solid and very original. The car still has her original so ''Matching Numbers' engine. Of course certified by Maserati Classiche. A First series Ghibli in an unbelievably rare colourscheme and in a TOP restored condition! Unique!
