1966 Volkswagen Beetle
US$12,995.00 1966 Volkswagen Beetle, One Repaint, Cool CarJust Toys Classic Cars is proud to present an iconic vehicle. Before you is a 1966 Volkswagen Beetle. These cars have been absolutely timeless. They were immensely popular back in the day and are still a cult following to this day. You see different types of customized beetles all over the place. This one has a great fit and finish. It has had one repaint in its life about 5 years ago, and as you can see, it presents very well to this day. This is just one car that if you are a beetle fan you must own and put in your garage. Under the engine cover of this fun little ride sits its original 1300 CC motor. While this only made about 40 or so horse power, these cars were not meant to throw you in the seat with power. These cars got you from A to B with efficiency and fuel economy. This motor runs and drives beautifully and the 4 speed manual transmission shifts exactly like it should. This whole car is singer sewing machine smooth. As you will see in the pics, the interior has been redone as well and it looks fantastic. The gray cloth on the seats, door panels, and the head liner are in fantastic shape, and you won't find any rips or tears. There are not a lot of frills or modern things in old Volkswagens. Again, these were simple vehicles to get you from A to B. What is here however is done very well and very clean and ready for you to cruise in style. This car has 4 wheel drum brakes and they work well also. You do not find any power steering or power brakes in this car, but no...
