"On a very hot summer day,I was walking in the street andl ooked up to see a skywriter writing WISH YOU WERE HERE. I ran to my place to get a camera and luckily there was not much wind and the letters stayed together. The words reminded me of the Pink Floyd song,Wish You Were Here, which makes me think of people I miss.I clearly remember Wish You Were Here play in gon the radio right after a good friend of mine had been murdered.

**The artist: Gregory Bojorquez**

Gregory Bojorquezgrew up in East Los Angeles and began his career photographing his friends and neighbors. After gaining the trust of LA's notorious street gangs, he became the documentarian of this world. In 2011, he happened to witness a killing spree on Sunset Boulevard, which he captured with his analogue camera. Bojorquez grants viewers deep insight into the lives of people at the margins of society. Since _LA Weekly_became aware of his work, he also photographed Hollywood greats such as Snoop Dogg and Mike Tyson in an authentic and close manner, some of which have been published in _Rolling Stone_ and _FHM_ magazine.
