Inside La Villa Les Cedres

La Villa Les Cedres has ten bedrooms, a ballroom, a chapel, a winter garden, a 50-meter swimming pool built into the rocks, a stable for 30 horses and 35 acres of beautiful lawns and gardens.  Perhaps the best and beauty part of the house is the outside area and the botanical garden.  The designer is also responsible for the impressive design to the Eiffel Tower and Champs Élysées gardens.

It overlooks the glistening blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea and sits amidst its manicured paradise gardens. All the amenities you would expect such as luscious a property are here, including a flower garden, a party room, and 25 heated greenhouses.

Cap Ferrat is the most expensive area in France and is home to many tycoons and billionaires.  For example, the co-founder of Microsoft, Paul Allen, and the late Russian oligarch Boris Berezovsky.  Last year, Hong Kong’s PeakRoad was the most expensive neighbourhood to live in, averaging a stunning $114,000 per square meter. This is nearly double the $67,000 per square meter in Cap Ferrat.
