Antique 19th Century Victorian solid silver four piece tea & coffee set, comprising of a coffee pot, tea pot, sugar bowl and cream jug, each lobed body resting on four cast shell feet, the body chased and embossed with game birds in a wheat field, extremely rare and well made design, leaf-capped scroll handles, the hinged covers with lovely cast finial realistically modelled as a pheasant on matted ground, inside richly parcel gilt. Each part is Hallmarked English silver (925 Standard), London, year 1844 (j), Maker's mark WH (William Hunter).
